DELIVERY

All packages are couriered using Post Haste or Aramex Couriers.  

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date so it is best to order with plenty of lead time.

 

Delivery Timeframe: Applies to orders received by 12 noon.

  • Auckland delivery expected in 3 - 5 working days from $6.99 ~ $8.99.
  • North Island delivery expected in 3 - 5 working days from  $10.99 ~ $13.99
  • South Island delivery expected in 5 -7 working days from $12.99 ~ $14.99
  • Rural deliveries expected to take 3 days longer depending on courier routes and from $3.99 extra.
  • Shipping fee varies on volumes and weight of the product. (e.g Large gift Hampers)
  • Delivery time may vary depending on how the courier schedule deliveries.

Pick Up

  • Must be selected at check out when placing your orders.

  • Can be done at our store in Botany Town Centre.

International Deliveries

  • Unfortunately we do not offer international service as it is very difficult to guarantee a safe journey

 

Shipping & Returns  

  • We are delivering your order safely and quickly to your intended destination. We will do our best to meet any requirements that you might have although we really appreciate as much advance planning from you to help ensure that your order makes it in plenty of time.   

 

Delivery Tracking

 

  • Tracking number will be sent out to your email address you have provided once it has been posted. Please email us at hello@thesweetland.co.nz if you have not received the tracking number or need further assistance 

 

No one available to receive gift at time of delivery

  • If no one is available to receive the gift, It will be left at the address provided.  THESWEETLAND NZ cannot be held liable the theft/damaged once delivery has occurred.   

 

P.O. Boxes

  • We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.
